Pam is a fantastic realtor, she is knowledgeable, kind and most of all honest. She will walk into a home and tell you exactly what she sees. I loved this about her. She has amazing negotiating skills, during our process we had to renegotiate with the buyers due to a discrepancy in the purchase price and the appraisal, she was able to successfully negotiate a much lower purchase price to make our new home buying process a success.
